* Next Day and Express shipping is available for all orders placed before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Next Day and Express delivery is not available for orders that require engraving.
All of the above prices are per order – We don’t charge extra for orders with multiple items.
As delivery times vary depending on where you are across the world we thought it would be helpful to show below the different timings by region:

* If your address is in a remote part of the United Kingdom e.g Highlands and Islands, then please add an extra day to the delivery times quoted.
Please note that during periods of exceptional demand e.g Sales and Promotions, particularly when these coincide with UK public holidays, there may be some delay to the timings quoted. We endeavour to minimise these delays and keep customers informed where there are exceptional delays.
Where is my order?
Once you have placed you order and received a confirmation email, we aim to ship within one working day, though during periods of exceptional demand and around the time of UK Bank Holidays this processing time can sometimes take slightly longer.
You will then receive a shipping notification email with a courier tracking code.
If it has been several working days since your order confirmation, or you didn’t receive one for an order you placed – please get in touch.
How can I track my shipped order?
When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a courier tracking code which should allow you to follow your delivery.
Value-added tax & Import duties
For orders with shipping addresses outside of the EU, VAT will be removed from the final total payable.
For orders shipped internationally, we will declare the pre-tax value of the package in GBP, and the recipient will be responsible for any duties and other charges which may be due, Please note that customs policies vary from country to country and so to be absolutely clear we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note international shipments may, from time to time, be subject to cross border inspections by customs authorities. ‘Express’ courier shipments are more likely to be examined by local authorities therefore increasing the chance of an additional charge.
Countries which, to our knowledge, usually incur an additional charge when shipped by express courier are:
- Russian Federation
- Republic of China
- South Korea
- United Arab Emirates
- Most Central and South American destinations.
Will you under-report the value of my international package?
No, by law we are required to state the correct selling price of the item purchased. If we under-declare this value, and it is picked up by customs, both the sender and the recipient will be liable for fines.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from the UK with the exception of the following countries:
- North Korea
- South Sudan
BFPO (British Forces Post Office) Shipping Information
We are able to ship to our customers serving in the British Forces and living at a BFPO address – just ensure you have the correct BFPO number and/or the appropriate postcode, where necessary. Although initially shipped via a Royal Mail service, please note that we are unable to provide any kind of tracking information for orders to BFPO addresses.
Customers shipping to BFPO addresses are also entitled to have VAT removed from their order.
If ordering over the phone with our Customer Services team, we can remove any VAT immediately. If you have placed an order online, please get in touch with Customer Services, where we can have the VAT refunded back to you.
Return a watch…
If your watch is within the 60-day returns guarantee – within 60 days of receipt and in perfect condition – you can return it to us free of charge for a replacement or full refund.
Once you’ve ordered the item, we will either send a returns pack (in the UK), or ask that you return the item to us using your domestic service, and we will refund the costs on receipt of the item.
